"Old ridge tiles removed, water proof membrane and new dry ridge system fitted. I used them in March this year for persistent raining in problem in the utility room- which had 3 attempts by other people to repair!!! He totally cured the problem- will not hesitate to use again."
Trader reply: "Can't really leave a reply to those comments as glad managed to rectify original problems and more than happy to carry out more work . Please see photos. Another satisfied customer"

Also repointed our chimney and checked it fully. Possibly slightly more expensive than just repointing but after having paid out for the 3 previous attempts to cure our raining in problem, which cost far more than the work he did we didn’t hesitate to go ahead and have the work done. Punctual and tidy worker, scaffolding company which he uses also good."Trader reply: "Was glad that I could recommend the dry ridge system its maintenance free and stops water ingress between gaps in ridges . Another satisfied customer 👍👍👍😀"

Trader reply: "Jean lives in Oswaldtwistle and got the front of the property pointed to a very low standard. I arranged a scaffold and removed old mortar. I cleaned all stonework and pointed using sand and cement."

Barry Hardy
9th September 2020
"Found Ady on Trust a Trader, what a nice bloke. He arranged for the scaffolding and he carried out the work on the roof valleys to a high standard. Very easy to talk to and would definitely recommend him. Scaffolding company was also excellent. Barry."
Trader reply: "Barry lives in Darwen and had loose mortar to sides of valleys . We removed loose mortar where applicable . We filled gaps with expanding foam and sealed sides using polygons and sand and cement . Another satisfied customer"
