Trader reply: "Colin had a roofer to supposedly supply and fix a new lead valley and replace tiles which on inspection was carried out to very poor standards . The lead was a code 3 instead of code 4 and not wide enough to cover valley and the double roman tiles where broken in numerous places . We supplied a scaffolding and rectified the work to make watertight. Another satisfied customer. Please see pictures"
