He explained everything that he was doing, along with taking the time to explain some other queries I had that had nothing to do with the reason I called him. "Absolutely great Guy and excellent work done, came within few mins after call on a Saturday afernoon . Simply explained what was wrong and what needed to be done urgently and later advised how to avoid the problem in future. Charges are absolutely reasonable for work carried out.
