"I had a tenant moving into my flat in just 7 days when both the toilet and electric shower suddenly stopped working (and the washing machine was not installed either). I was under a lot of pressure, especially after a couple of plumbers recommended by neighbours failed to solve the issue. I found Ethan on Trust a Trader and called him. To my surprise, he was available the very next day—right before the August bank holiday. Ethan arrived promptly, quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He also repaired the electric shower and installed the washing machine. His efficiency and skill honestly felt like having a superhero come to the rescue. Beyond plumbing, he was highly knowledgeable and even offered helpful advice on a maintenance task (fitting a blind) that I was struggling to do. Ethan is highly professional, reliable, honest, and clearly experienced in plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance work. I couldn’t recommend him more strongly."
