    "Reliable, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. Marcel is without doubt the best appliance engineer I have ever used. I thought my 5-year old fridge/freezer would be condemned but Marcus took one look at it, diagnosed the problem and had it up and running in no time. I cannot recommend him highly enough."
