"Contacted them for a blocked toilet/drain and was told that the charge for the work would be £47 for the first half an hour then the same amount for each half hour after. I was then told that if power cleaning was required and if CCTV was necessary these were all separate charges. I was initially told that the workmen would arrive between 9-12 am as I had no working toilets. They finally arrived at 5.30pm. They couldn’t unblock the toilet from inside the bathroom which resulted in excrement and water all over the bathroom floor, toilet and wall. I have never heard that this has happened to anyone else. I was then told that I needed the jet draining which would require a second man at a double cost and then I needed CCTV of the drains. I know nothing about drains and I had no idea whether this was necessary as they know that you are desperate and it is getting late. This cost £489.98 and therefore cannot recommend."
Trader reply: "Thank you for your feedback as it's very important to us. We value your comments as customer service is our priority. On calling us for a blocked toilet, we arranged a visit for the following day. We also advised you on our clearance rates. (We do record all calls, and I am happy to send you the sound file of the job booking). Unfortunately, our engineer was delayed on the morning of our visit which resulted in him attending later than first anticipated. We did apologise for this and advised he would still be with you later in the day. When the engineer arrived, he further explained the cost and gained your signature in agreement prior to any works. We do ensure that every customer is fully aware of all charges and if at any time they are not happy they can decline the call out or refuse to sign the invoice to agree the rates. On completion, you paid the engineer on site, you did not question or complain about the cost."

"Booked for my elderly mum. They were very polite, easy to book, engineers arrived on time with a call to tell me they were on the way. They cleared the blockage quickly, very excellent service! would definitely recommend and will use them again"

"Called out for an urgent blocked toilet. Arrived within an hour and talked through what needed doing. Lovely guys who kept us informed throughout. All sorted within 1/2 hour. Amazing service. Highly recommended."
