    Janyce - Image 1 "Dave has worked very hard to get this done for me. I was struggling to get in the bath for a shower. Dave thought of everything, including moving the shower for me to work whilst sitting on my seat. He also took care to place handrails where needed. Now showering so much easier for me to stay at home. Very happy 😊"

    Cray - Image 1 4 images Cray - Image 2 Cray - Image 3 Cray - Image 4 "Wanted a complete downstairs loo refurb and after completing the work there were multiple issues, after confirming in writing that all remedial work was going to be carried out, revisiting and saying the job is completed again we still have: 3 chipped tiles/3 tile trims cut short/poor grout work, poor ceiling finish/tiles fitted poorly/sink still leaking and the flooring is cut short. We are not being refunded so third party action to cover the cost to fix all the issues has begun. The images on this review is of the work that has been carried out by DPO Home improvements and how it is in its current state."

    Trader reply: "The remedial work was carried out in the presence of a witness and qualified tiler. The job was completed to a high standard, and the customer personally inspected the work, shook my hand, and said, “Good job, well done.” It’s disappointing that he has since chosen to find fault only after we issued the final invoice. We stand by the quality of our workmanship and will address this matter formally through the proper channels if necessary."
