I have over 6 years of experience in the repair, maintenance and installation of fascias, soffits and guttering. I guarantee a friendly, clean and tidy service and pride myself on my reputation for being prompt, punctual and professional.

I am polite, hardworking and strive for perfection. I undertake all handyman work, but specialise in fascias, soffits and gutters and bespoke conservatory conversions.

Dougan’s Solutions works alongside a highly recommended electrician, painter, external fence and gate installer and a plasterer. They who will uphold the same excellent standard of work, to ensure each job can be completed in a timely manner.
Fascias, soffits and guttering are frequently overlooked. However, their purpose is much more than cosmetic. Guttering is vital to redirect run-off from your roof which is an average of 500 gallons for an inch of rainfall! Without effective guttering this water can run down the exterior of your property damaging the walls, windows and doors and causing staining. If water isn’t properly drained away it can sit at the base of your property, seeping into the foundations and causing damp. Dougan's Solutions is on hand to clean, repair and install new guttering to make sure your property looks good and is protected from rain.

"I do not have an image but I am sure Martin does. If anyone wishes to come and see his work they are welcome. Contact me please. I cannot fault them nor praise them enough. They worked hard everyday. They tidied and cleaned up after each day. They were respectful of our property and when Martin first came to quote the job, he showed us the product and explained everything. Would highly recommend them. They also did, not just the house but porch and garage and we are so delighted with the finish. Even our neighbours have commented on what a good job they did. Martin also told us at the end of each day what part they were doing next and use to set up ready. We are so glad we found Dougans Solutions. Great job."

"Martin quickly and efficiently found the reason for our blocked down pipe. He disconnected the pipe, cleared away the blockage and advised how to prevent problem from reoccurring. He was polite and respectful. Have already recommended Martin to a friend who is also very pleased with the work done for her."
