"Brilliant job by Iain and his office support. Prompt response to initial request and for visit to inspect / measure up to replace a broken double-glazed window. Arrived on time on the date agreed and did a great job on a stubborn unit. Careful to protect property and cleaned up thoroughly after the work. Invoiced on the same day as the work was completed, for the agreed amount - even though the job had taken significantly more time than expected. Highly recommended."

"I can't recommend Iain highly enough. Our French patio door lock had completely broken, and even a locksmith couldn't help because the repair required specialist knowledge of both locks and UPVC doors. The glass also had to be removed to gain access to the mechanism. From the moment I contacted him, Iain was friendly, professional, and knew exactly what the issue was. He ordered the parts needed and returned promptly to carry out the repair. The work was completed efficiently and to a very high standard. He even cleaned the glass after replacing it, leaving everything looking immaculate. I found Iain through a local newsletter and am so glad I did. Excellent service from start to finish."
