    "Brilliant job by Iain and his office support. Prompt response to initial request and for visit to inspect / measure up to replace a broken double-glazed window. Arrived on time on the date agreed and did a great job on a stubborn unit. Careful to protect property and cleaned up thoroughly after the work. Invoiced on the same day as the work was completed, for the agreed amount - even though the job had taken significantly more time than expected. Highly recommended."
