"Lastnight I had crackling/arc flash coming from fuse box. Switched power off. John came out on a emergency call. He got me up and running through the night. Came back in the morning to fit new fuse box. My house was a challenge but John and Daniel sorted it. They cleared up their mess after. Reasonable price. Their priority is ur safety, not to try and rip u off. Definitely saving John number if I need anymore work doing."

"We had a power cut at 21:00 on a Monday. We thought we had unplugged all the appliances, but we were unable to turn the main switch back on. John answered the phone directly and while he said he had no one available to come do work, he offered to talk us through on the phone first to get us safely through the night. He was very patient, asked relevant questions and guided us through a whole range of troubleshooting steps - at times it seemed like he was psychic, e.g. he asked if we had recently cleaned the cooker, which we had, and it turned out the plug the oven is plugged into was at fault. We would have never found it without his help, which was quick, direct, and even free - he would not take our money as advice is given gratis, and no callout was needed. Truly, the man is a saint and I cannot say enough good things about him. I hope this review will at least illustrate somewhat how reliable and scarily good at his job John (and I suspect everyone at Donnell by extension) is."

"Work professionally carried out. Was very thorough with everything. Was always willing to help, even after adding additional work to be carried out. Would definitely use again, but also definitely would recommend to anyone. Cleaned up at the end of every day. Thank you"

"The company fitted some downlighters as part of my bathroom renovation. There were some initial problems in fitting the lights but they got over this. I found them polite, helpful & they carefully explained details of the work they had carried out. I was very pleased with what they did, and they were clean & tidy."
