"Great service. Technician Andrew Devey arrived at the front end of the time slot given and phoned 15 minutes before to say on his way. Quickly analysed the issue with my Rangemaster cooker and was on his way in 20 minutes. I'd say they were competitively priced, I think I could have got it done a little cheaper but very happy with the service so no complaints."

"I was notified this morning that my appointment today would be between 8-30am and 12-30. The engineer would let me know when he was close by, which he did. He rang to let me know he was about 20 minutes away. Michael introduced himself, I explained what had happened regarding my freezer. He swiftly checked from the inside then the outside, eventually rectifying the issue. He tidied up although he didn't really make any mess. He talked me through his findings and that reassured me on what and why it happened. All in all top class service."
