"Locking mechanism on my upvc door has been iffy for some years now and I was worried that it would fail completely. Phoned up this company and spoke to Jason. I explained problem and he got me to take pictures of the lock so he could locate one from a manufacturer. He was let down by a courier but kept me informed of this problem,so no stress there. He fitted new mechanism on the day and time he said he would. Excellent communication and workmanship. Highly recommend this company 👌"

"I cannot recommend Jason highly enough. His communication and planning the work was efficient, he was reliable, and did the work really quickly and professionally. My back door wasn't locking, he sourced and changed the whole mechanism and its perfect. He is friendly, clearly highly experienced and would I would definitly use him again and recommend him to anyone."

"Phoned this morning at 10:45am for a broken front door lock Jason took all the details and called me back with a quote within 10 minutes. Absolutely no pressure from Jason to go ahead (which i did). 45 minutes later he was at my house changing the lock. Fantastic service ! if i could give more than 5 stars i certainly would , absolute credit to the industry and to the company. 100% recommend Dr Locks for any locksmith needs!"
