"Derek was replacing a broken shower tray for me. He and 2 other plumbers contacted me very soon after posting the job, and he quoted me a fair price within a couple of emails. We agreed the job on a Friday, and he was able to fit me in the following Tuesday. He not only replaced the shower tray, but identified the problem with the original installation and resolved it. I've used the shower every day since then and there's been no problems. The job took 2-3 hours to complete on the Tuesday, with a follow-up visit on Friday to seal the base of the shower (around 15 minutes). Overall, I would highly recommend Derek. He seemed to go out of his way to do a good job for his customers and was doing so at a fair price."

"Derek was a great help! Got my leaky 20 year old bath filler tap off, making it look so easy. He is also getting me a price for a replacement as well. Excellent service! I can't recommend him highly enough."
