"From that first conversation, James gave us honest, practical advice about what could be achieved with the space. They made the design process feel easy, collaborative & focused on our vision. James always made himself available, whether it was a quick text, a late night email or popping over to walk through things in person. James was always patient & happy to explain how things would work. He walked us through every iteration of the floor plans, helped us visualise the space & made sure we understood every detail. He also helped coordinate structural engineer approvals & handled all the back-and-forth with the council. If we spotted anything he took care of it straight away & made sure all the necessary documentation was sorted. When we ran into issues with our bathroom supplier James went above & beyond. He took it upon himself to speak directly to them helped us get a resolution with the supplier. If you're thinking about renovating stop thinking & just call Design Spec. Seriously."
