"Today I called Des to fix a boiler issue, and his service was exceptional. Before arriving, he arranged a video call to assess the situation, which meant he came fully prepared. He arrived exactly when promised and had the boiler working again within ten minutes of stepping through the door. Des’s professionalism and technical expertise were clear, he diagnosed the fault quickly and resolved it with precision. His work was clean, efficient, and carried out to a very high standard. What really stood out was his empathy and consideration, he immediately recognised that a vulnerable person lives in the household and handled the situation with genuine care and sensitivity. On top of that, his pricing was fair and reasonable, making the whole experience stress-free. Des combines reliability, deep knowledge of his trade, and a human touch that sets him apart. I would fully recommend him to anyone looking for a plumber who delivers both skill and compassion."

"Des has done a few jobs for me. This time he sorted out a long standing problem with my hot water system which other plumbers had been unable to solve. Previously he repaired a gas boiler and went to some lengths to source a spare part, which others had said was obsolete and would have meant a much bigger job. He works quickly and efficiently. He is the best plumber/gas engineer I have come across in London, and I would not hesitate to recommend him. He's also a nice friendly guy who is easy to deal with."

"Des came is and sorted a bunch of issues (radiator not heating, fitted gas hob, repaired waste outlet in bathroom sink). All done, neat and tidy. Cleaned before Des left. We have an older house with its idiosyncrasies. Des knows how to deal with it. No hesitation in recommending him. We have infact to done so to mates all happy."

"We were recommended Des by a trusted friend and would recommend Des to everyone! He was so polite on the phone and made every effort to get over to us ASAP. We’d had an oven delivered by Currys who said they’d install it but turns out they couldn’t… Des understood the assignment straightaway and within an hour we have a working fitted oven and couldn’t be happier with his work. Des, is a warm, friendly person and worked efficiently and to the highest quality. Very happy customer!"
