Nicholas - Image 1 "Derrick, Tom and friends are a nice, honest lot. They have been building an extension for us the last 3 months. He's obviously very experienced which we hoped for in a builder, someone who can solve problems. Our project was slowed down due to unforeseen extra work required on our existing house, but they just got on with it. Costs obviously increased due to this, which was understandable,but derrick's open and agreeable to negotiate with. The other trades he used are all good and our new garden room is going to be a nice place to be. He's always happy to answer questions, and I ask a lot."

"There were a lot of unexpected issues with the extension, from access issues, finding an unexpected sewer pipe on day one and the reclaimed land the original house was built on, but Derrick always had a solution for each problem. Due to the access issues, no other local builder would take it on, but Derrick took it all in his stride and I am very happy with my kitchen and shower room."
