"Dean is a genuine trader. He has helped no end as I try to manage my elderly mother remotely and is flexible to solve all of the problems she has had most recently with her washbasin and toilet. He is flexible, arrives when he says, doesn’t overcharge for work and always cleans up. I have been using Dean now for a number of years as I know I can trust him to do things properly and as my mother is vulnerable I don’t have to worry about her when i know he will go round and resolve/repair."

"I had arranged for two jobs with Dean. Firstly Dean fitted a "Sure stop" switch attached to the stop cock to the water mains for a simple switch on switch off action. The second job was to fit a cartridge (the whole internal workings) to a seized up shower. This was a difficult job because all the parts had seized and were corroded. The shower unit was originally very expensive and even more expensive to replace. Thankfully, it was worth the risk and Dean's tenacity to get the cartridge fitting correctly into the unit making it fully functioning once again. Dean has done a number of plumbing jobs for me over the last five years and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend his work."

"I had an emergency where a valve had broken under my kitchen sink and my water had to be turned off to prevent severe damage. Despite the fact that I was a new customer, Dean came to fix the problem that same afternoon. He was polite and helpful all the way through and I will definitely contact him for any future issues. Thank you so much!"

"We’ve had issues with our heating and hot water for a while. We’ve contacted a couple of companies who couldn’t rectify the issues, but still charged us a lot of money. We called Dean who arrived on time and sorted the issues without any fuss. He certainly knows his stuff and is very reasonable with his prices. I will use him from now on and certainly recommend him to family and friends. We can’t thank him enough xx"
