"Firstly, this a an honest and genuine customer review. Like most people we are very cautious about the accuracy and trustworthiness of reviews. Having someone listed on a site like this does help you when deciding on which firm to go with. Daniel runs his own business and his reputation is clearly worth a lot to him. He has been very polite and engaging from the outset. He listens to what you want but also makes useful and informed suggestions to avoid unnecessary or unneeded work/expense. His quote was not the cheapest we had but it’s not just about cost, we had the feeling he was the right person for us - he knows his stuff. He kept us updated and informed when there were unavoidable delays caused by weather or delays in delivery of materials. They put in full days on site and kept everything neat and tidy (which says a lot in itself). We would be happy to recommend Daniel & DC Premium Roofing and will definitely use his firm again if we need to."

"Daniel and Jack were both very polite and friendly. The job was very difficult as one of the windows they replaced was huge and needed scaffolding and a winch but they weren't daunted. Daniel went out of his way to get me the best prices for the windows and the scaffolding and I got the impression from him that he really cares about offering a good service to his customers."

"Daniel did a full re-roof of an old detached cottage, including main roof, entrance porch, and conservatory - all finished with slate, and decorative leadwork (where appropriate). The overall job was to a high quality, including good conversations with Daniel about different options which helped me to decide on the best finishes and some other details I hadn't fully thought through. The best parts of the service came with the need for Daniel to work with and around the solar PV installers, including advice from Daniel on how to install them properly. Once the PV installers rectified initial errors (thanks Daniel!) the remainder of the job was finished to an excellent standard. Daniel was also cheaper than many others, which was a huge bonus, and worked exceptionally hard and fast. I would recommend him highly to anyone."- Initial impression Initial impression: 4 out of 5.0
