"I recently contacted Day One Access to change the front door lock at my home. My main concern was around safety in case of an emergency specifically, I didn’t want to be stuck trying to find a key if I needed to get out quickly, like in a fire situation. The locksmith totally understood what I was looking for and suggested a more suitable lock that could be opened easily from the inside without needing a key. The installation was quick, neat, and done with care. He explained how everything worked and made sure I was comfortable using the new lock before he left. It’s made a big difference to how safe I feel at home. I’m really glad I got it done and would absolutely recommend Day One Access to anyone looking to upgrade their locks for peace of mind."
