Martyn - Image 1 "Dave initially came to give us a quote for regrouting and relaying some slabs in a large patio. He was clearly very knowledgeable and quickly spotted issues that should have been noted by other tradesmen quoting for the same job. We hired him to do the work, which he did efficiently with minimum mess and on quote. We were so impressed that we hired him to build us a retaining wall (see picture) out of a stone he suggested. Again, he did the job efficiently tidily on budget and to a very high standard. The wall looked so good we asked him to build us another one in a different part of the garden. At the moment we are discussing with him the possibility of building a third retaining wall. At all times Dave was happy to discuss options and alternatives for the work he was doing. Her arrived when he said he would, and he was a pleasure to interact with. We are delighted with the work has done for us which has attracted very complimentary comments from friends and neighbours."

Rosemary - Image 1 "The work was completed to a very high standard and in good time with minimal inconvenience. I have been complimented on the appearance of the wall several times. This photo was taken last year and the bank is greener today. One person asked for the name of the bricklayer and I gave a good reference verbally at that time."

"We are delighted with the work carried out by Dave Fewell Stonework. Dave did an amazing job exposing and re-pointing the interior stone walls in the lounge of our grade 2 listed house. All works were carried out to an exceptionally high standard Throughout the project, Dave was professional, reliable and always arrived on time. The work was completed exactly as quoted , with no surprises and the quality of the workmanship exceeded expectations. Dave took great care with every aspect of the job, and the finished result has completely transformed the room. "Re-cut and re-grouted a patio for me plus a couple of small favours while on site. Work has stood the test of time very well. Recommended to a neighbour for whom Dave did another very good job with a heritage brick wall. With my background I am very wary of recommending trades but Dave is one of the good guys and I am happy to say so."
