"They did a reasonable job of installing the basics of a new kitchen & bathroom. Their attention to detail, & ability to follow instructions, I found distinctly lacking."
Trader reply: "We are sorry to hear you feel this way. At D2R Building, We pride ourselves in offering a high standard of work and attention to detail as our number one priority. In regards to basic kitchen and bathroom, that the customer provided themselves, it was a full kitchen and bathroom with a standalone bath and shower. Due to the indecisiveness of the customer there was constant delays on this project for reasons that was out of our control. In addition to that there was a lot of additional work carried out that was not quoted for."
