"Dave came to fix a permanent flow issue on a toilet at my home. He quickly diagnosed the problem, adjusted the level in the cistern and stopped the flow. He refused to take any money as it was such a quick job! When I offered him £20 for his trouble he asked me to donate it to charity. Highly recommend."
