DG Electrics (Dean) comes highly recommended for reliable, high-standard electrical work across Luton and beyond, with customers repeatedly praising punctual visits and tidy, careful workmanship. Reviews highlight everything from replacing sockets and fitting outdoor lights to more involved installs such as new kitchen wiring, bathroom fans, ring doorbells, and armoured cable runs with rotary isolators for an aircon setup.

What Customers Say

  • Punctual, professional service: Customers mention Dean being “Professional manner” and “on time”, arriving efficiently and completing jobs promptly.
  • Clean, careful workmanship: Many reviews note work carried out “very neatly and tidy,” with customers describing Dean as “unassuming, neat worker” and leaving “zero mess.”
  • Great communication and value: Dean is praised for being “very helpful,” providing “a detailed quote,” and communicating well—often coordinating with other trades (such as the aircon team) to get the order right.
  • Handles both big and small jobs: From “two new sockets” and outdoor trunking to “resolved our issue… on the spot” and installing two outdoor lights “in just a few hours,” nothing seems too small or too complex.

About D G Electrics, Luton

I was employed by Eastern Electricity in 1990 and completed their 4 year apprenticeship, gaining City & Guilds 236 Part 1 & 2 and NVQ level 3 qualifications.

I left in 2001 after 11 years and started D G Electrics, which is part P registered. I am also qualified for the the latest 18th edition regulations which came out in January 2020.

I am able to provide my customers with a personal, clean and reliable service. I take great pride in the quality of my workmanship, having been taught to carry out work as if in my own home.

I am based in Luton but also cover the local surrounding area.

I will undertake domestic work from changing a light switch to a full rewire.

Every job is important whether large or small.

Matthew - Image 1 "Dean installed some armoured cables and rotary isolators from our fuse box for an aircon install. The price was very reasonable, the quality of the work is brilliant and he communicated and aligned with the aircon install team to ensure things were done in the right order and when they should be done. Can't recommend Dean enough and he is a lovely guy as a bonus too!"

"Fantastic work by Dean to install two new sockets in our living room and external cabling to the fuse box. Was punctual, clean, friendly and very reasonably priced. Was recommended by a neighbour and I would heartily recommend and use his services again. Thank you !"
