    "I had a UPVC front door with a lock that was sticking and jamming. If the sun shone on the brass door handle it would jam solid! James was easy to reach and provided a range of quotes covering the posssible causes of the problem. He kept me informed of any delays in his arrival time, diagnosed the problem quickly and realigned the door in less than 15 minutes. It now closes beautifully. Would recommend."
