"Paul came out to help me when my household electrics had failed - when I called, he came round right away, despite it being a bank holiday, identified the problem and fixed it with skill and care. He was friendly to deal with, clearly very knowledgeable and took care to do an excellent job."

"Contacted Paul on a Saturday morning when our sockets suddenly lost power. Even though he was on way up north, he talked through the issue over phone, guided through switches on fuse box and managed to identify problem - able to resolve and then texted later to check all fine. Should we have any more issues, we will get in touch again as impressed by response."

"I phoned Crownfield after being let down by 2 electricans prior to them and I wish I had found their details first. Paul quickly understood the fault and provided me an extremely competitive quote. One of electricans prior had quoted me over 100% more. Paul promised to be back in a day or two to carry out works but not before getting my boiler working on a temporary basis, something the previous electrican failed to do. Paul and his colleague arrived on time, worked quickly and efficiently to carry out the work and left my property tidy afterwards. If only all tradesmen were like Crownfield."
