"Peter was quick to return my call when I phoned him at around 8:00AM. He very quickly agreed to attend our house as my husband had locked himself out. Peter arrived on time and was polite and professional and quickly gained access to the property. After speaking with my husband he also changed how our lock was set to function in order to ensure we didn’t lock ourselves out again (this wasn’t the first time we had managed to do this). "Peter is extremely helpful and turns up even before he's supposed to - a rare trait in tradesmen! Real locksmith expert and nothing is too much trouble. Even coming round a third time within half an hour of emailing to give us another demo of how to work the front door lock! Highly recommended :o)"

"Pete has been incredibly helpful since we moved into our new home. He came to replace our locks but also adjusted the doors for us to ensure they were as secure as possible. He has since been back out to make some small adjustments following the lock being removed while decorating, free of charge. He has always come on the day rung and has made every endeavour to accommodated our schedules. Was a pleasure to deal with and could not recommend him highly enough. I wish him luck in his new shop in Letchworth."
