"Isolated the issue within 20 minutes of coming to site. Call out charge of £80 for first 30 minutes, reasonable after sending him photo and videos prior to the visit. Will use again."

"Carl was booked for general maintenance and advice on our electrical set up and found it in need of serious work to bring up to standards. He reassuringly and clearly explained what needed to be done and options for the future. Left with all the information we needed to make an informed decision, we asked he returned to complete the work. Carl was on time, kept us updated throughout and wherever possible kept extra costs to a minimum. The job completed was tidy (primarily a board re-wire) and he left the premises in the same state. Highly recommended."
