"I had spoken to a number of different builders before talking to Wayne- Wayne responded quickly and made a lot of valuable suggestions around what my options were and provided a comprehensive quote within a day of visiting. When the work began and walls were taken down I realised I wanted the area to remain open plan which meant changing all of the plans previously made with Wayne and the kitchen company- Wayne took the lead in liaising with the kitchen company, checking the information they sent and correcting it on several occasions. Wayne also made suggestions around where I could source flooring, tiles etc- he was extremely flexible and it was very helpful to have someone to bounce ideas off. Throughout the work the team were punctual, with Wayne telling me when and who would be coming each day- sometimes they even worked through weekends. Every evening the area was cleaned and effort was made to leave us with a kitchen sink whenever possible. Quality of the work was outstanding."

JAMES COLDHAM - Image 1 "I would welcome anyone to come and inspect our bathroom, the guys worked "literally" with Laser precision, tilling excellent, we were told throughout how the process would go. Excellent plumbing, always on time, linked companies who completed detailing "Chris the Mastic man" finished the flooring and bathroom edging in record timing. Tiling guy superb. It pays to get the right team in to complete the work. No nonsense, just excellent work. I'd go with Wayne and the team again. I would upload more images but options unavailable. "Coniff construction were exceptional in every way. The work has been completed to an extremely high standard. Wayne and the team were fantastic. They delivered a build that exceeded our expectations. The communication throughout the project was great and every person who worked on it was extremely skilled and thorough. The level of craftsmanship has been truly impressive. Their advice and guidance on finish and materials was invaluable and saved us significant time and expense. Our loft conversion looks fantastic. We cannot wait to have them back to work on other projects. We are genuinely sad to see them go but look forward to planning more work. Thank you Coniff construction."
