"Louis is a really hard worker. He doesn't come to you with problems he gives you solutions. He takes a pride in his work. Whenever he said he would be here - he was. I'd had a very bad accident and was very slow, and vulnerable, and nervous about having someone in the house, so it was refreshing to find a decent bloke who did a solid job. On a scale of 1-10 I'd probably give him 15. If I need work done in the future it's him I'd call."
