"From the initial meeting through to the completion of the work Louis has been the best Tradesperson my wife and I have ever instructed. He is extremely knowledgable and helpful in planning out the work, his quote was very competitive, he arrived promptly at the agreed time each and every day, was polite and courteous throughout, worked really hard and without issue, did an utterly brilliant job and tidied up lovely after each days work. We are delighted with the finished bathroom and have already asked for quotes from Louis for other work we plan to have him do for us. "The moment Louis visited our home for his initial quote he had a different vibe than other tradesmen that have visited. Louis is down to earth, knows how to level with his clients and is eager to give his suggestions regarding the works to be done. Where I felt out of my depth determining what I would need for my bathroom, Louis swiftly provided expert advice in a way a laymen understands. Louis has been consistently punctual. On one occasion Louis was delayed for his visit and he actually texted well before hand. In my experience that type of punctuallity and communication is rare amongst traders. The bathroom was stripped in full and build from the ground up. All pipework is neatly hidden, everything was finished with a nice skim of plaster and paint. Louis has an eye for detail which shows in the end result at reasonable cost. There are all these horror stories about tradesmen, and that's everything Louis is not. If you need any works doen I recommend CHM any day!"

"After months of being let down by other tradesmen, I found Complete Home Maintenance on trustatrader. Very unsure at first as I had not used any companies from this website but was immediately contacted in a very professional manor. Once I agreed the quote a date was provided and stuck to.
