The customer service was absolutely excellent — friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process. Every question we had was answered quickly and clearly, which gave us real confidence from day one. Reece and his team who carried out the work were incredibly professional, punctual, and respectful of our home. You could tell they really knew what they were doing, and the standard of workmanship was outstanding. Everything was completed efficiently, neatly, and to a very high standard. It’s rare to find a company that combines such great communication with such high-quality work, but they really delivered on both.
