"Chris previously gave me some advice about what kind of downstairs toilet I needed to buy. Once it arrived, he turned up at my door within about 90 minutes, and fitted it all seamlessly within about 90 minutes. He was so quiet I forgot he was in the house until I went to get a cup of tea (he'd already had his coffee!). He vacuumed up after himself, cleaned the floor and left everything tidier than when he found it! To say I'm impressed would be an understatement: I would recommend him very highly to anyone that asks. Thanks, Chris!!"
