    "hris did an excellent job identifying and fixing the source of a leak. I initially shared images and videos showing a leak that was causing mould in an adjacent room, which made the situation urgent. When Chris arrived on site, he carried out a thorough investigation, clearly explained the issue over a video call in simple terms, and outlined exactly what needed to be fixed—without suggesting unnecessary replacements or overcharging. I really appreciated his honesty and fair pricing. Because he handled the leak so well, we also asked him to fix a leaking water tap, which he did efficiently. I’ll definitely keep Chris in mind for future plumbing work and highly recommend him for any plumbing issues."

    "I've used Chris twice now; and he is my go to plumber. He is a prompt; efficient; courtesy, and diligent about not just completing his work, but testing it afterwards, and also clearing up. I've used many tradesman before, including some who have had to borrow tools from me! But Chris's tool bag is like a plumber's Tardis; he comes prepared."
