    "Nothing was a big deal for Chris ( while working on my house damp came across few issue’s like holes in the fire place and radiator’s int he way to start his job and he sorted them all out without making me feel bad or try and find another builders to fix them.)"

    "CHRIS had more work than expected with rotting 9 inch skirtings. The damp proofing was explained to me. It appears a reliable system. The plastering was excellent. I could hardly see the join to original wall. Chris arranged a carpenter to refit the new skirting. All cleaned through. EXCELLENT"
