"I contacted them on the 06th jan this year As we had used this trader and his team previously and they were great. We have a leak and here we are more than 5 months later still got a leak and also a big cut out hole in the ceiling below where water comes through Having paid £112 for this privilege and having no contact and no word I am now having to try and find someone else to help and do the work as fed up waiting"
Trader reply: "Thank you for your review. We're sorry to hear you are disappointed. To clarify the situation, We attended the property in January, identified and controlled the leak, and then provided a quote for the remedial works required. Unfortunately, the tiler originally arranged for the shower repairs had to stop working. We informed you of this and sourced an alternative tiler, who then provided a quote in early May. However, his earliest availability was mid-August. We were aware you wanted the work completed sooner, so continued searching for another trusted contractor. However we only use tradesmen whose workmanship meets our standards, which unfortunately can limit availability. We were unaware of the level of dissatisfaction expressed in your review, Following on from the review, we spoke with Mrs Black, who was surprised by its contents and advised that she had not been aware it had been posted. We apologise for the delay and inconvenience caused and appreciate your previous custom"

"We had a fantastic experience with your company at the end of last year where we thought we were going to have to replace our kitchen sink but you guys managed to rectify the problem at a fraction of cost/time/inconvenience so I did not hesitate to recommend you to my Dad when he needed to have a new boiler fitted. Boiler was fitted in one day, extremely minimal mess/disruption and when Chris popped back the following day and noticed my Dad’s oven was still out (waiting for us to pop in to help get it back in) he picked it up and fitted it back in. Fantastic service!"
