    "Tom was great. He arrived for a boiler service and found that a whole replacement was necessary - he explained things clearly and easily and he was back just a couple days later to install. He even repaired a broken extractor fan and additional pipe work on my property unprompted and for no extra charge while he installed the new boiler. Highly recommend!"
