"You are always a bit apprehensive when using a tradesman for the first time. We contacted this firm with our requirements, and a quick response from Martin regarding our needs was answered. The job was surveyed and a quote for the work was provided. When this company says it will be at your home at a certain time, that is exactly what happens. Regarding the work done, a very hard working and very friendly group of professional tradesmen , a new boiler and radiators fitted with a few hiccups along the way, this team sorted the problems with the minimum of fuss. I would certainly recommend Chalmers Gas and Heating"

Jennifer Thomson - Image 1 "Contacted Chalmers Gas and Heating Ltd about a leaky combi-boiler. Responded within the hour and attended my home shortly afterwards. Quickly identified the problems, offered to repair and option also to replace as boiler old and dated. Discussed costings, fitting times including next day. Did not upsell and put no pressure on us. As we were going on holiday, we arranged for the replacement to be carried out on the 15th. We were also shown how to get bye with the current one for the few days we required on return from holiday. On the 15th the team arrived just after 8.00 am and by 2.00 pm the replacement boiler had been fitted and up and running. They were meticulous in their work, respect for property and very courteous. We were particularly impressed by Martin's honesty, friendliness, knowledge and skills. His young apprentice Reese was also an impressive , skilled, friendly person and came across as being extremely competent. Guarantee registered and service plan in place."

ALAN - Image 1 "First review on this site, but it had to be done. 100% satisfied with the work carried out. Will definitely be recommending this company to any friends in and around Glasgow. Changing from a storage tank system to a combi boiler, with a dishwasher and washing machine install added as part of the job. Cannot thank Martin and his team enough. The work done was fantastic. Thoroughly explained at every stage. You can tell the team really cares about the work they do. Loving the 'Hive' too!"
