Certified Electricians Ltd is a friendly and reliable electrical company. David Smallwood established the business in 2014. In the last few years, David has made serious progress in establishing Certified Electricians London Ltd as a business that can be trusted to provide the level of safety and service you should rightly expect. We only employ the highest skilled electricians that are all NICEIC registered. All works are insured and are covered by our 12-month guarantee on workmanship. We notify all notifiable works promptly to local building control authorities and certification is provided to all those who requests it. All our electricians are checked, arrive in smart company uniform, are always polite and well-mannered and will take the best possible measures to leave your premises as clean and tidy as possible.
We realised that unless we could provide a service that was always honest, trustworthy and as clear on pricing and timescales as possible, we wouldn’t last five minutes. Our customers are never an afterthought we prefer to try to keep you for a lifetime. This philosophy has served us well so far and we do not intend on changing it.

"I booked Certified Electricians London to inspect several dead plug sockets. The issue turned out to be a hidden socket in a cupboard that simply needed switching on. I paid for the hour, and the electrician left, no problem there. The trouble started afterward. I received multiple unsolicited emails asking for reviews. I replied that the work was fine but that the repeated messages were unwelcome. I can’t comment much on the quality of their technical work, as little was required, but their customer service was appalling. Due to the spam emails and customer service, I would strongly advise others to avoid this company."
Trader reply: "To Any Prospective Clients, unfortunately, this client appears to be upset due to being charged for our attendance. At the time of booking, it was made clear that a minimum one-hour fee applies to cover our business expenses. Many companies require this payment upfront, but we prefer not to do so unless necessary. As you will see, this is our first negative review. The client also mentioned receiving a “spam email,” but the only message sent was our standard automatic follow-up, which goes to all customers to ensure they are satisfied with our service and that everything is working properly. We take great pride in completing all works to the highest standards and are always happy to re-attend should any issues arise. This commitment is reflected in the quality and consistency of our previous reviews. Additionally, we send a follow-up email six months after each job to make sure everything remains in good order. All our work carries at least a 12-month warranty for added peace of mind. We have the pleasure of working daily with many loyal, repeat customers, with whom we’ve built trusted and long-lasting relationships. Thank you for taking the time to read this and for considering our services."

"I booked an electrical safety test of my apartment as well as diagnose the source of the fault with my dishwasher, the sparky and his apprentice arrived when they were stated to arrive and were polite and friendly, they completed the work in the time they stated they would and ensured any mess was cleared up. Happy the fault was diagnosed and electricals deemed to be safe."
