On-demand services; experiencing problems with your boiler or central heating system? Simply pay per visit and gain added peace of mind (we do not charge an hourly rate). We also carry out boiler and central heating servicing, maintenance, consultancy, gas safety certificates, pre-purchase checks and boiler installations/replacement.
Service contracts; starting at just £6.95 per month we'll protect as much or as little of your boiler and central heating system as you like.

"I had to call Centrona under my home emergency call out plan late on a Friday. Boiler pressure was through the roof and I did not know what to do. Steve talked me through isolating it safely over the phone and arrived within 45 minutes. Replaced the expansion vessel and showed me how to check the pressure gauge going forward. Genuinely lifesaving service."

"Had Centrona replace our old combi with a new Worcester. Ben did the full install in one day, left the place spotless, and took the old boiler away. You would never know they had been here except the hot water actually works now. Five stars."

"Ellie was brilliant on the phone. Squeezed us in between jobs because my mum is elderly and the house was freezing. John turned up exactly when he said he would, changed the faulty pump, and bled all the radiators without me having to ask, I used to have to beg British Gas to do that! He was so patient showing my mum how to use the timer properly afterwards. She has not stopped talking about how polite he was."

"Called Centrona on a Sunday morning because the pilot light kept going out. John answered the phone himself, talked me through a quick safety check, and was at my door by 11. He explained exactly what was wrong with the thermocouple and fixed it there and then. Price was fair and he even wiped his boots on the way in. Have already recommended him to my neighbour."
