CB Property Maintenance have built an excellent reputation over the past decade for providing high quality external property maintenance and repair services. We are based in Cambridge and offer products and services ranging from roofing to external decoration. We cover Cambridgeshire, Suffolk, Hertfordshire, and Essex.
CB Property Maintenance provide a full external area cleaning service and cover the following areas of maintenance:
- Fascias, Soffits and Gutter repairs and replacements
- All roof work & repairs - including re-roofs, lead work & flat roofs
- Guttering repaired or replaced
- UPVC, fascias & soffits
- Brickwork & repointing
- Gutter Cleaning
- Patio & Driveway Cleaning
- Roof Cleaning
- Pressure Washing Service to all areas
We work with domestic customers and ensure that no matter how small your requirements we provide a solution of the highest possible standards. Our maintenance staff are highly skilled in all areas, and pride themselves on their professional and reliable approach and will strive to ensure that every customer is 100% satisfied. A large proportion of our work is from customer referrals.

"Caleb and James replaced wooden fascias and soffits with plastic, replaced gutters and down pipes and painted render on outside walls and porch. It was a difficult job but with their expertise they managed to solve problems as they arose. I am very pleased with the result. They turned up each day on time, worked very hard and proved very knowledgeable. I have no hesitation in recommending CB Property Maintenance."
