"I needed to upgrade some existing fire doors for an HMO to comply with regulations. Frank was quick to respond and visit the property, before giving me a very reasonable quote the same day. He upgraded multiple doors in just a couple of days to a high standard, and was equally fast in responding to my emails throughout. He even addressed a few small issues after with no fuss at all.
