"I'm so glad I contacted Charlie He is professional, friendly and punctual. Responding quickly to my enquiry to replace a shower unit he was very helpful and gave me sound advice. After installing the unit Charlie explained everything including a valve to shut off the water to the unit which was very reassuring. "Faced with a leak which shorted out our electrics, Charlie, who wasn’t free to attend immediately, calmly talked me through what I needed to do. He was prompt and efficient when he came to resolve the problem and ensured everything, including the electrics, was working before he left. It is reassuring to have his number!"
