"Contacted Ben yesterday with an issue of a broken conservatory door lock, he replied to my message within an hour and arranged to do the job today (next day) He was very friendly and polite, got the door open and found the issue quickly, and was able to fix everything within a few hours (had to get a replacement part which only took a couple of hours) Payment was easy and secure. Will happily use this company again if we have any other issues."
