Party Wall Surveyors, Structural Engineers, Building Surveyors & UK-wide Subsidence Consultants.

We understand a great deal about party walls and the issues surrounding them. We act for Building Owners and Adjoining Owners alike, or as "Agreed Surveyor" for both jointly.

We also offer a Party Wall Risk & Applicability Assessment (£270) - in which we look at the particular project carefully and advise either (or both) parties what Notices need to be served, and how risks to party walls and neighbouring properties could be reduced to avoid the need to serve a Notice. If we subsequently prepare an Award, then the cost of the initial assessment is offset against the cost of the Award.

With over 35 years’ experience in the building industry and offering competitive rates, you can be sure that we have the skill and expertise to help you with your party wall issue - be it an official "dispute", an initial advice / risk assessment, or to help settle a concern or disagreement between neighbours over party wall matters.

    "Bob was brilliant. I had been losing sleep over our subsidence issue, but Bob put my mind at ease instantly. His professional, calm approach calmed my worries. He even advised on other, unrelated issues, which could have caused us problems in the future. I would highly recommend Bob and the team. Very professional, very experienced and very knowledgeable."

    "Can’t recommend B&S consultants enough! The office team (Natalie) and the surveyor (Bob) were polite, quick, professional, superb value - and gave great advice. We thought we had a major structural problem but Bob calmly explained the issue - and what could be done to put it right. I will definitely use them again and can only think of positive comments to make!"
