"Initially sourced for a service of a very old boiler which sadly got condemned which was not unexpected! Michael and his colleague worked very hard in a small space. The pump needed relocating which meant floorboards needed lifting. This was all completed in the predicted time of 3 days for a very fair price. From the start both were kind, courteous and well mannered. They laid protective covers to the carpets and cleared up at the end of each day. When the job was done the carpet had been relaid where the floorboards had been lifted and all furniture put exactly back where it had come from. The carpets and hard flooring had been vacuumed and the surfaces cleaned. Highly recommend this company and if they were a cleaning company I'd recommend them for that too!!"

"What can I say about Bucks Boiler Breakdown, an outstanding job from start to finish and far beyond our expectations. We required an entire central heating system (radiators and boiler) to be retro fitted to a 4 bedroom house. Not a small job. The entire works were completed within 7 days (we went away for the week!). We were kept up to date throughout the process and while a little anxious upon returning we need not have been. The installation was just perfect and exactly as agreed. The team paid much consideration to the aesthetics of our house and considering the scale of the works we found our home to be spotless, as if they'd never been there. We cannot be more delighted to have chosen Michael and his team. We would like to say thank you, we are extremely grateful, for not only the professional approach and the quality of your work but also for being easy to work with and overall just jolly good people. We cannot recommend highly enough."

"We were recommended Michael from Bucks Boiler Breakdowns by a neighbour, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the service he and his colleague, Jerry, provided. Over the course of about 10 days, they replaced our original 1970s boiler system with two modern boilers and new radiators throughout the house. From the start, Michael was incredibly responsive—promptly returning calls and messages—and made several visits beforehand to walk us through the process and help us explore our options. Despite the scale of the job, their presence in the house was barely noticeable. Both Michael and Jerry were polite, professional, and respectful of our home, always cleaning up thoroughly each day. Having had a less-than-ideal experience with previous renovation work, we were understandably apprehensive. But Michael put us completely at ease, and we’re absolutely thrilled with the results. The new system works beautifully. Huge thanks to both of them for such a smooth and stress-free experience!"
