"I am a Property Manager and I frequently use B S Graves on both routine and emergency maintenance (and have done so for many years - say 30+). The change from father to sons has brought a more modern approach which is helpful. They are excellent at responding to emergencies for us and do their utmost to get things back up and running swiftly. Not always the cheapest but the service is very quick, very good, and they will also advise on different systems and explain in plain english rather than electrician talk. Courteous, Reliable, Jovial (some of the time!). We feel safe sending them into peoples homes and that is very important. Nicola Rule Limited (Estate Manager)"

"Came recommended, have undertaken 2 jobs and already booked in for another. Very friendly and helpful, while totally professional with an exceptional level of expertise. Showed receipts of where money was being spent, and even came out on a weekend to repair a faulty light [they fitted it] at no cost. Would highly recommend."
