    "We contacted Brayne & Sons to create a small downstairs powder room within an existing room. From the rough sketch I provided they constructed exactly what we required. All trades - plumbing, carpentry, electrical, plastering, tarmac remediation - were excellent. All work was carried out to very high standard and we were kept fully informed as to when each element would be carried out. Every tradesman was unfailingly friendly and polite, cleaned up their work area and any dust etc. They were also all very careful to keep my pets safe while working. Cannot recommend highly enough"

    "The guys did an excellent job creating a new ensuite bathroom into an awkward space, which included some external building work to change the size of the window too. They were excellent communicators and problem solvers and would go the extra mile, without question, to make sure the job was done right and to the highest possible standard. I would definitely use them again"
