"We engaged Paul firstly to survey our roof pre-purchase on our current property, along with two other contractors, having had the roof flagged in our own survey. Paul's approach to customer service and explanation of his rationale re the works to be completed was a comfort to a roof novice - and we couldn't fault anything from that initial consultation/quote to the work then carried out/advice for the future.
