- What a metamorphosis !Bourne Property have taken a dated, dark 1980s kitchen/diner and transformed it into an open plan, bright, modern space. The removal of a dividing wall and the addition of a roof light have brought both light and space to this once dark, cramped area. Fully replastered and decorated, including a fully tiled floor with underfloor heating. A bespoke extended peninsular was formed with waterfall sides to create additional countertop work space, with an added induction hob and recessed extractor. With flourishes of colour and unique design aspects, this is now a truly amazing family room.

Natalie - Image 1 "Ian has done a large amount of work at our house, first was the installation of a new bathroom in what used to be a bedroom which required all water and waste services to be connect from the opposite side of the house. After this was completed and we needed someone for more renovations we chose Ian again for works that included changing the old bathroom into an en suite, installing a new downstairs w/c and fitting of a new kitchen - again the opposite side of the house so all services had to be moved and connected. All of these also needed new skirting/flooring/lighting (inside and outside)/electrics all of which Ian was able to do to a great standard. Incredibly tidy and professional."

June - Image 1 "We first used Ian & Simon in 2022 & have since trusted them with multiple projects, including a garage-to-office conversion, bespoke shed, complete bathroom renovation, kitchen refurbishment & lounge remodel with bi-fold doors & a balcony. Their communication is excellent, they're transparent with costs & genuinely care about the end result. They always explain the options & often suggest ideas we hadn't considered. There have even been times we ignored their advice & later wished we'd listened! Their workmanship is meticulous, they're clean & tidy, & Ian's electrical work has even been complimented by other electricians. We especially appreciated how they thought ahead, suggesting we leave access to the radiator pipework when fitting underfloor heating in case we ever changed our minds. Most importantly, there were no hidden costs or inflated prices once work started, just honest, professional service from people who genuinely take pride in their work. Highly recommended."
