"Boughton Plumbing massively let me down. He was due to replace 4 radiators but messaged me on the morning to cancel due to the radiators being “too heavy”, despite removing the old ones. This job was agreed 4 months in advance, and I even messaged the night before to check we were on to which he replied, “no problem”. After letting me down, he did not reply or answer my calls. This had a knock-on effect on other tradespeople I had booked in and had to cancel carpet fitting and doors being fitted as the plumbing/pipework needed altering first."
